<li>Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.</li>
<li>Monitor the progress of on-site construction activities and ensure they align with approved plans and timelines.</li>
<li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works comply with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.</li>
<li>Identify and address construction issues, proposing corrective actions as necessary.</li>
<li>Verify that materials and workmanship meet project requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with contractors and consultants to resolve technical and logistical challenges.</li>
<li>Ensure contractors adhere to agreed project schedules and deliverables.</li>
<li>Review and evaluate contractor claims and variations to ensure fair and accurate assessments.</li>
<li>Prepare progress reports, site inspection records, and other necessary documentation.</li>
<li>Provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders on project status and risks.</li>
<li>Ensure all construction activities adhere to local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards.</li>
<li>Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities.</li>
<li>Identify potential risks or delays during the project lifecycle and develop mitigation strategies.</li>
<li>Troubleshoot on-site issues to minimize disruptions and maintain progress.</li>
