Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Technical Engineer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring construction works are carried out according to design drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and BOQs

Provide on-site technical guidance and resolve engineering issues during construction

Coordinate with design consultants, site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers

Prepare and submit technical documents, method statements, and material submittals

Ensure construction activities comply with project requirements, codes, and safety standards

Support project planning, progress tracking, and technical reporting

Assist in inspections, testing, and quality control procedures

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field

Proven experience as a Technical Engineer in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and standards

Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

Familiarity with local and international construction codes and regulations

Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software

Good communication and coordination skills in English

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects

Knowledge of project management and site supervision

Experience working with consultants and government authorities
