Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence.
• Attend site meetings and conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve project issues or delays in collaboration with the project team.
• Assist with procurement of materials and services required for the project.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and manage expectations.
• Ensure all project activities adhere to legal, safety, and environmental guidelines.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project management or a construction-related role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal s bkills.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
