As a Quality Supervisor you will build and scale on-site quality systems that keep projects on schedule and compliant. You will create practical inspection routines and guide teams to deliver work that lasts.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Project Management

• Coordinate daily site quality activities and inspections to align with project timelines and contract requirements.
• Plan and schedule inspections, testing, and corrective actions to reduce rework and avoid delays.

Quality Assurance & Inspection

• Conduct regular site inspections and material checks, document non-conformances, and track corrective actions to closure.
• Oversee third-party testing and ensure results meet project specifications and applicable standards.

Documentation & Team Coordination

• Maintain accurate quality records, prepare concise reports, and issue non-conformance reports when needed.
• Coach site crews on quality procedures and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Approximately 5 years of hands-on experience in construction quality control on medium to large projects.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of construction materials, testing methods, and quality standards such as ISO 9001.
• Experience with site inspection, non-conformance reporting, and reading construction drawings.
• Proficient in report writing and MS Office tools.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator who can lead small teams and coordinate across contractors and consultants.
• Practical problem-solver with attention to detail and a focus on getting issues closed.
