<li>Develop and update quality-related PPAP documentation (e.g., MSA, CP, SIP, SPC, GRR, etc.); 制定／更新质量相关的 PPAP 文件（如：MSA、CP、SIP、SPC、GRR 等）；</li>
<li>Follow up and handle quality issues during both new and existing product development and production processes; 负责新旧产品开发及生产过程中质量异常的跟进与处理；</li>
<li>Analyze and verify product inspection methods and standards, and update them regularly; 分析并验证产品的检验方法与标准，并定期进行更新；</li>
<li>Supervise the creation of process limit samples and ensure the effectiveness of error-proofing jigs or measurement tools; 监督制程限度样品的制作，及时识别防错治具或量测工具的有效性；</li>
<li>Conduct regular MSA and daily maintenance for measuring tools used by IPQC; 定期对 IPQC 使用的量检具进行 MSA 和日常维护管理；</li>
<li>Coordinate product audits and follow up on corrective actions for any non-conformities; 统筹产品审核工作，并跟进审核不符合项的改善措施；</li>
<li>Analyze and evaluate product quality and stability based on inspection data; 根据质量检验数据，定期分析产品的品质状况和稳定性；</li>
<li>Handle or lead customer complaint meetings, follow up on corrective actions, and submit 8D reports; 处理或主导客户投诉会议，跟进改善对策，并提交 8D 报告；</li>
<li>Plan and implement quality knowledge training for internal staff. 规划并实施对内部人员的质量知识培训。</li>
