Duties and responsibilities:&nbsp;

<li>Involved as a project engineer at site in Penang International Airport.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in meetings presentations to staff, consultants, BOD, authorities and approval agencies whenever necessary.</li>
<li>Attend site meeting and perform site visits/inspections and be proactive in identifying and resolving problems.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance process.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage day-to-day activities on site and ensure completion within budget and in compliance with quality, environment, health and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure required maintenance activities are carried out effectively and efficiently to meet objectives and in compliance to requirements.</li>
<li>Perform corrective maintenance on faulty equipment units and damaged structures as required.</li>
<li>Develop, implement and improve preventive maintenance procedures to ensure that equipment and systems meet required standard.</li>
<li>Plan, implement and monitor on-going maintenance, upgrade and installation activities.</li>
<li>Analyze equipment and system performance data and initiate improvement activities in equipment and system performance.</li>
<li>Prepare required reports and technical documentation on time.</li>
<li>Comply to organization’s Quality, Environmental, Safety, Health and Anti-bribery systems at own work area.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Train and develop subordinates and junior staff.</li>
<li>Other duties assigned by superior officer.</li>
