We are a fast-growing company in the health & wellness e- commerce industry , and we are looking for a motivated Admin / Live Stream Assistant to join our team.
No experience is required — we will provide full training. All we need is someone who is willing to learn, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Administrative Tasks:

• Manage and organise daily documents, orders, and basic reports
• Record and update customer data
• Assist with general office tasks
• Support social media posting and simple content tasks (training provided)

Live Stream Assistance:

• Prepare products and set up the live stream environment
• Assist the host during live sessions (comment handling, order tracking, flow management)
• Help with shooting short videos and product showcases
• Learn the basics of live commerce operations
• Support the team in content creation and campaign execution

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience not required (but appreciated if present)
• Open to learning and adapting
• Accountable, organized, and attentive to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Fundamental computer and phone operating skills
• Willingness to assist during live streaming events
• Enthusiastic demeanor and strong communication abilities
