Job Description

• ⚙️ Operations & Flow Maintenance: Support and refine the company’s daily operational flow to ensure efficiency across HQ, warehouse, retail outlets and more.
• 🛒 Digital & System Support: Manage product listings on our website/marketplaces and provide basic troubleshooting for our internal systems.
• 🧩 Retail & Event Logistics: Coordinate stock movements, manage mall permits for our branches, and provide backend support for roadshows and new store openings.
• 📂 Data & Documentation: Maintain accurate SKU records, sales data, and company legal documents.
• 🏢 General Admin & Procurement: Oversee office flow and coordinate with vendors/suppliers for store and office needs.
• ⚡ Ad-Hoc & Team Support: Act as a flexible liaison between departments and jump into special projects or urgent tasks as they arise.

Job Requirements

• 🎓 Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Marketing, or a related field.
• 🗣️ Language: Fluent in English. Mandarin & Bahasa Melaya is a big plus 🌟 for supplier and team coordination.
• 🤖 Tech & AI Savvy: Proficient in Excel and comfortable using AI tools and new software to boost productivity.
