Job Description
- Define Solution Strategist Charter & Portfolio: Establish market segmentation, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and outcome themes to shape Cloudify.Asia’s cloud and AI offerings.
- Productization: Translate solutions into standardized, repeatable offerings (SKUs and packaged services) with defined scope, architecture baselines, pricing guardrails, and delivery playbooks.
- Release Management: Maintain an integrated release calendar and lead gate reviews covering market validation, security, cost modelling, and operational supportability prior to general availability (GA).
- Enablement & Go-to-Market: Develop comprehensive enablement materials including PRDs, HLD/LLD documentation, demo scripts, FAQs, TCO/ROI models, sales battlecards, and delivery runbooks.
- Vendor Roadmap Integration: Continuously monitor Azure, Sangfor, networking, and security vendor updates and integrate relevant enhancements into offerings without impacting delivery velocity
- Solution Architecture Outcome Discovery: Facilitate workshops to translate business objectives—such as agility, resilience, and cost optimization—into aligned technical architectures.
- Design & Technical Trade‑offs: Produce high‑level and low‑level designs across Azure, Sangfor HCI, networking (LAN/WAN/SD‑WAN), and security domains (NGFW/IAM/EDR), balancing performance, cost, and risk.
- Security & Cost‑by‑Design: Embed identity, logging, backup/DR, encryption, network segmentation, and FinOps best practices into all solution designs.
- Pre‑Sales Execution: Support proposal development, including SoWs, BoMs, TCO/ROI analyses; lead proofs‑of‑concept with clear success criteria; and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
- Temporary Operations & Support Stabilize Operations: Collaborate with post-sales teams to resolve incidents, reduce recurring issues, improve MTTR, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Process & Governance: Implement practical ITSM processes—including incident, problem, and change management—alongside escalation paths, SLAs/OLAs, and operational runbooks.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ Degree in IT or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years working experience and 3 years in related field.
- Solid hardware, networking & security fundamentals.
- Presales excellence: discovery, proposals, TCO/ROI, PoCs.
- Clear communication and relationship building with technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiar with these technologies: Microsoft, Azure, Sangfor, Dell, Huawei, H3C, Veeam
