We are expanding our team for Highway, River Improvement, and Infrastructure Projects across multiple regions in Malaysia. Join us in contributing to essential national development projects including the Sedenak–Simpang Renggam Highway and Sungai Rasau Flood Mitigation Works.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Land Surveyor in Flood Mitigation Projects
<ol>
<li>Preliminary Survey and Data CollectionConduct topographic surveys to gather elevation data of rivers, drainage channels, and low-lying areas.Measure existing infrastructure (e.g., bridges, levees, drainage systems) for spatial positioning and dimensions.Identify flood-prone areas and provide accurate geodetic and water level reference data to the design team.</li>
<li>Establishment of Control Points and BenchmarksSet up survey control points to ensure all design and construction works are based on a unified coordinate and elevation system.Utilize GPS/GNSS and total stations to achieve high-precision measurements over large project areas.</li>
<li>Design and Construction SupportProvide survey drawings and digital terrain models (DTM) for engineers to plan flood control structures such as levees, drainage channels, and retention ponds.Perform setting-out works during construction to ensure structures are positioned and built at the correct location and elevation.</li>
<li>Monitoring During ConstructionContinuously monitor construction progress and verify that channels, levees, and embankments meet the design specifications.Carry out cross-section surveys to assess dredging and widening works along rivers and drainage systems.</li>
<li>As-Built and Handover SurveyConduct as-built surveys to confirm that completed flood mitigation structures match the design.Produce as-built drawings and reports for project handover and future maintenance reference.</li>
<li>Post-Construction Monitoring and MaintenanceSupport long-term monitoring activities such as water level changes, riverbed sedimentation, and levee deformation.Apply drone surveying and GIS systems for dynamic monitoring and continuous data updates.</li>
