Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all on-site project activities. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all on-site construction operations.
• Plan, supervise, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Control project budget, manpower allocation, materials, and equipment usage.
• Ensure full compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Solve on-site issues, provide technical guidance, and make timely decisions.
• Review technical drawings, project specifications, and documentation.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate regularly with management.
• Manage project risks and implement preventive measures.
• Ensure quality control throughout all construction phases.

主要职责

• 全面负责工地的施工组织与管理工作。
• 规划、监督及跟踪项目进度，确保按期交付。
• 协调工程师、顾问、分包商及供应商之间的工作。
• 管控项目预算、人员配置、材料与设备使用。
• 确保现场符合安全、健康及环境管理要求。
• 解决施工现场问题，提供技术指导并做出及时决策。
• 审阅技术图纸、项目规格书及相关文件。
• 编写项目进度报告并与管理层保持沟通。
• 管理项目风险并制定预防措施。
• 确保整个施工阶段的质量控制。

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site management; project manager experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, engineering standards, and site operations.
• Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
• Good command of English and Chinese preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Familiar with safety regulations and site documentation.
• Able to work full-time on construction sites.
• Possess a valid driving license (preferred).

• 3–5年以上施工现场管理经验，有项目经理经验者优先。
• 熟悉施工流程、工程规范及各类工地运作。
• 具备优秀的团队管理能力与跨部门协调能力。
• 良好的英文与中文沟通能力者优先考虑。
• 具备较强的解决问题能力、规划能力与决策能力。
• 熟悉安全法规及工地文件管理。
• 能接受长期驻扎工地工作。
• 持有有效驾驶执照者优先。
