Job SummaryAs a Test Lead specializing in Cards and Payments you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our web services and business processes. With a focus on manual end-to-end business process assurance you will leverage your expertise in testing tools and frameworks to drive successful project outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model to deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients needs. ResponsibilitiesLead the testing efforts for web services and business processes within the Cards and Payments domain.Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making.Utilize SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira to manage and track testing activities effectively.Conduct manual end-to-end business process assurance to validate system functionality.Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and design test strategies.Ensure adherence to testing standards and best practices across all projects.Identify document and track defects to resolution ensuring high-quality deliverables.Facilitate test reviews and provide feedback to improve testing processes and outcomes.Mentor and guide junior testers to enhance team capabilities and performance.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and testing of new features.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.Support the implementation of testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes. Qualifications Possess strong expertise in WebServices Testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.Demonstrate proficiency in using SNOW RALLY HP ALM and Jira for test management.Have experience in Manual E2E Business Process Assurance within the Cards and Payments domain.Exhibit a solid understanding of testing tools and frameworks.Show basic programming skills to support testing activities.Have a proven track record of successful testing in a hybrid work model.Display excellent communication and collaboration skills.
