This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Finance Executive, located in Shah Alam. The Senior Finance Executive will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and overseeing compliance. The role involves utilizing strong analytical skills to provide insights and support financial decision-making processes.

What You’ll Do

• Support cash flow management, vendor payments, and day-to-day finance operations
• Assist in investor reporting, performance tracking, and due diligence processes
• Maintain financial models and support scenario planning for new business lines or initiatives
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and financial best practices
• Monitor financial KPIs and propose actionable insights to drive efficiency and growth

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience (internships included), preferably in startup, VC-backed, or fast-moving environments.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Passion for collectibles, alternative assets, or culture is a bonus.
