Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, highly passionate, and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media Specialist. You will be helping us develop and improve our digital marketing ecosystem and set up the blueprint for our online communication foundation. You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and managing strategies for our social media accounts. As a Social Media Specialist, your duties will also include monitoring and analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and maintaining brand consistency.

What you’ll do:

* Manage and oversee social media accounts

* Use social media marketing tools to maintain and improve online presence

* Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals

* Write compelling creative briefs, informed by a deep understanding of the audience, the brand, and the culture

* Execute social media strategy by partnering with creatives to produce relevant and engaging contents

* Engage and collaborate with relevant influencers to improve brand awareness

* Stay up to date with latest social media best practices, trends and technologies

* Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing

* Monitor and analyze customer interactions and analyze engagement data

* Set KPIs for social media campaigns, such as targets for shares, likes or other relevant metrics to measure a campaign’s performance against the KPIs.

* Oversee customer service provided via social media

Job Requirements

* 1-3 years in social media strategy, content creation or relatable experience

* Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

* Social Media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc)

* Exceptional vand written proficiency in English

* Community management experience

* Understanding of SEO, web traffic metrics and social media KPIs

* Incredibly organized with the ability to flawlessly multitask and thrive under pressure and deadlines

* Ability to work independently with limited oversight
