<li>Develop shop drawings, sketches, and sample boards under guidance from Senior Technical Manager.</li>
<li>Conduct field surveys and verify existing site conditions; document findings accurately.</li>
<li>Prepare final drawings based on engineering sketches, specifications, and supporting documentation.</li>
<li>Independently produce construction documents and manage end-to-end project delivery.</li>
<li>Draft and finalize construction plans for interior renovation projects using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.</li>
<li>Generate detailed floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, cabinetry and tile drawings, and 3D renderings.</li>
<li>Perform regular quality checks to minimize errors in construction or fabrication.</li>
