Job Description

Accounting Officer Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
• Ensuring compile and submission of E-Invoice and request for E-Invoice.
• Managing business accounts and preparing financial statements.
• Generate Management Accounts for Auditor and other relevant party.
• Prepare queries and advise clients accordingly.

Job Requirements

Accounting Officer Requirements:

• A LCCI/ Diploma/ or a Degree in accounting or similar.
• Handling and process for E-Invoice matters
• Previous working experience as an Accounting Executive.
• Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
• Proficiency in management systems.
• Administration skills.
• Sound interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
• Proficiency in SQL, Autocount, Million Accounting software.
• Prefarrable with own transport
• Prefarrable in Chinese
