Job Overview
To grow international student recruitment through agent engagement, digital lead handling, and application pipeline support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage international agent relationships and ensure timely programme updates and training.
- Handle incoming international student inquiries via email, calls, and online consultations.
- Guide students through the application, visa, and enrolment process.
- Track international leads and conversions and report on campaign effectiveness.
- Attend international education fairs and assist in virtual outreach activities.
- Provide insights on new market opportunities and assist with strategic expansion plans.
- Support the local team for local students’ enrolment activities and enrolment process.
- Support the line manager in strategy execution, data reporting, lead tracking, and other assigned duties.
Skills and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in international student recruitment or agent management preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English (other languages are an advantage, preferably Chinese).
- Familiar with online communication platforms and CRM systems.
- Culturally sensitive, proactive, and result-oriented.
- Possess own transport. Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours (e.g., school events, weekends).
