Company Culture and Expectations

<ol>
<li>Responsible and accountable for the Marketing Department strategic plan and the success of the brand as a business unit. Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas for upcoming activities or events following the brand guidelines.</li>
<li>Plan and update budget reports on a quarterly basis and to review the cost effectiveness of marketing / promotion campaigns.</li>
<li>Plan and run marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness and recognition. Evaluate the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns against the objectives set.</li>
<li>Implement effective marketing strategic plan &amp; also work closely with Principals, Agency, Media and other suppliers.</li>
<li>Plans and executes all web, social media and media database marketing with the malls Management in support of upcoming activity.</li>
<li>Liaise with consignment counter such as Parkson, Sogo &amp; etc for marketing and social media campaign, bargain or negotiate for best exposure</li>
<li>Reviewing current marketing campaigns and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and find solutions/ recommendations for improvement within the budget.</li>
<li>Work closely with Group Product Development and Merchandising teams to develop upcoming product and selling point.</li>
<li>Work closely with Operation teams for upcoming campaign and activities to support the execution.</li>
<li>Maintain awareness of competitor activity and campaigns.</li>
<li>Responsible for managing the communication channels and social media platforms to ensure all marketing content and campaign communications are executed timely such as SMS blast / email marketing.</li>
<li>Provide copywriting / editing as needed for marketing collateral.</li>
<li>Create and implement marketing campaigns that meet overall organizational goals, budget and KPI objectives.</li>
<li>Responsible of the customer service including social media and market place for Retail</li>
<li>Responsible for e-commerce platform for the company</li>
</ol>
