 JOB ROLES

• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, hence executing marketing strategy accordingly.
• To develop a strong understanding of the company's business including customer profile, store, and competitors’ activities.
• Actively finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
• Create, review, and social media update content on e-commerce websites in collaboration with the design, marketing, and product team.
• Follow-up and closure of e-commerce delivery schedule.
• Handle the customer complaints/feedback activities.
• Prepare management reports regularly that are essential for Management information and decision making.
• Other ad-hoc task assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

 REQUIREMENTS

• Min SPM and above or any related field
• At least 1-2 years working experience in sales and marketing.
• Export Sales experience are an added advantage
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English & BM. Knowing Mandarin will be an added advantage
• Fluent in Mandarin language will be an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Basic computer knowledge is needed.
