Plan and implement learning goals for students. Teaching responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>To conduct large-class teaching, small-group facilitation, ward/clinic teaching as appropriate.</li> <li>To develop learning resources / materials for students’ learning and assessment.</li> <li>To conduct student assessments and invigilate examinations.</li> <li>To plan and accompany students on educational visits.</li> <li>To supervise research students.</li> </ul> <p>2. Student personality development, student support / supervision</p> <ul> <li>To mentor students.</li> <li>To be a convenor of at least one co-curricular activities for students.</li> <li>To participate in faculty Grand Reflection meetings.</li> </ul> <p>3. Administration / service to UOC</p> <ul> <li>To be a course coordinator upon appointment.</li> <li>To contribute to Faculty / University committees.</li> <li>To conduct student interviews / other university promotions.</li> </ul> <p>4. Clinical services (Clinical lecturers only)</p> <ul> <li>To provide clinical /patient care services as requested by training / Ministry of Health hospital/clinic.</li> </ul> <p>5. Contribution to society, professional body, corporate etc</p> <ul> <li>To contribute to professional consultancy &amp; networking – international &amp; local, as approved by Dean of Faculty.</li> </ul> <p>6.
