DanaPoket is a fast-growing fintech platform transforming how Malaysians—especially public sector employees—access personal financing. We work closely with top financial institutions and koperasi in Malaysia, and we’re expanding fast.

We’re looking for driven, confident, and ambitious interns who want real exposure, not just admin work.

If you want to learn sales, partnerships, negotiation, and startup operations, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Intern, you’ll be involved in actual revenue-generating activities, including:

• Speaking directly with warm leads and applicants
   
• Assisting in stakeholder management with leading financial institutions and koperasi in Malaysia
   
• Supporting partnership discussions and business development strategies
   
• Working closely with the founders and leadership team on growth initiatives
   
• Learning how a fintech startup scales, from lead generation to conversion
   
• Updating CRM systems, tracking performance, and providing insights to management

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma or Degree
   
• Comfortable speaking in Malay and English
   
• Confident, eager to learn, and goal-oriented
   
• Interest in fintech, sales, business, or entrepreneurship
   
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
