Ensuring sales targets are achieved

(Vacancy available at Johor Bahru, Selangor, Pulau Pinang, Sabah Branch) 

Key Accountability

1. Aggressively develop new business opportunities.
2. Take action in tactful way to encourage timely collection.
3. To maintain good relationships with current clients and new clients.
4. Coordinate with supply chain and oversee special orders, make stock reservation and ensure order fulfilment.
5. Build and maintain good product knowledge.
6. Stay current with market trends and competitors to identify improvements.
7. Identify customer’s needs and translate them into concrete offerings
8. Provide support to Marketing activities
9. Prepare periodical sales report and sales and development plans.
10. Perform other tasks as and when required.

Job Requirements

1. Possess Professional Certificate/ Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
2. Passionate about food, bakery, culinary.
3. Experience in Sales (Training provided if no experience).
4. Good negotiation and problems solving skills.
5. Self-motivated and goal oriented, desire to deliver results.
6. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (Preferred). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
