About the job

The Travel & Expenses Analyst is responsible for overseeing the processing of travel expenses to ensure timely and accurate payments while ensuring compliance. This is a new role within the organization. They assist employees with travel and expense-related queries, identify inefficiencies, participate in project implementations, contribute to process improvements, enforce quality control measures, and supervise the team by setting targets and fostering collaboration.

Key responsibilities & activities:

  • T&E Oversight: Supervise the processing of travel expenses to ensure timely payment with the appropriate  accuracy and compliance This process also includes corporate credit cards and connected tasks
  • Assist employees with T&E related queries and provide guidance on policy adherence and reimbursement process
  • Efficiency Identification: Identify and address inefficiencies and bottlenecks within time and expense processes
  • Project Participation: Actively participate in the execution and implementation of P2P-wide projects and expense report software or systems, if applicable
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the enhancement of overall processes to improve efficiency
  • Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to uphold accuracy in time and expense processing and report non-compliance with the relevant stakeholders
  • Team Supervision: Involved in the process to recruit, lead and set targets, provide regular feedback to team, fostering collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement and customer mindset approach


Job Requirements

About you

  • Education: Bachelor Degree, majoring in Accounting, Finance or Business 
  • Experience (in years): At least2 year of working experience in Finance SSC or BPO industry
  • Good command of  oral and written English
  • Experienced in SAP is preferred 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially at Excel and PowerPoint etc.
  • Robust understanding of end-to-end T&E processes (including compliance) and related tools
