Job Description

• Assisting doctors in performing procedures & to communicate effectively with patients.
• Manage patient's clinic appointment, according to doctor's schedule and convenience of patient
• Build strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs and going beyond their expectations
• Follow up with customers, encourage customers for frequent treatments to ensure better result.
• Provide professional recommendation on treatment packages and products to customer.
• Update and maintain treatment records.
• Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objective.
