Ensure that IT can act as a key enabler for business value. Developing the case for change and transformation roadmap.</li> <li>IT Operating Model: Support a senior IT leadership team or business sponsor to develop an IT Operating Model, outlining the strategic aims of the organization, and then defining the various components of the IT function, including roles, governance and processes, controls and tools.</li> <li>Application Rationalization and Architecture: work with clients to assess the application landscape and define the target state architecture and platform roadmaps to deliver business objectives.
