Job Description

Review and validate QRM Associates’ work for accuracy and compliance.

Conduct detailed client background checks and escalate risk cases as necessary.

Support engagement teams on client acceptance and risk procedures.

Maintain and update client and case databases accurately.

Assist in improving QRM processes, documentation, and templates.

Prepare reports and performance metrics for management review.

Train and guide Associates to improve quality and efficiency.

Support audits, compliance checks, and policy implementation.

Handle ad hoc research, analysis, and presentations as required.

Ensure confidentiality and data protection at all times.
