Responsible for ensuring products meet established quality standards and specifications in a timely manner. Monitoring quality aspects of materials, components and finished products, conducting thorough inspection, utilizing precision measuring equipment, implementing quality assurance, resolving quality-related issues and maintaining accurate records of inspection outcome to meet specified quality standard
JOB DESCRIPTION Quality Control
<ul>
<li>Perform detailed inspections of materials, components and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards</li>
<li>Perform inspections at various stages of fabrication process to identify and address quality issues promptly</li>
<li>Utilize precision measuring equipment and visual inspections to verify product dimensions, weld quality and overall conformity to design specifications</li>
<li>Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues, collaborating with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions</li>
<li>Verify and maintain accuracy of the measuring instruments, equipment and machines used, ensuring accuracy and consistency measurements results</li>
<li>Ensure product adhere to customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements and company quality policies</li>
<li>Implement and enforce quality assurance procedures to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process</li>
</ul>
Team Coordination &amp; Communication
<ul>
<li>Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and provide feedback for process improvement</li>
<li>Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials and components</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives</li>
<li>Implement best practices to enhance overall quality control processes in fabrication</li>
<li>Address and resolve customer issues or concerns in collaboration with the manager, project engineer and quality team</li>
<li>Implement and execute organization management system procedures</li>
<li>May be assigned to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency</li>
</ul>
