Job Description
- Responsible for UX/UI design deliverables by producing process flow diagram
- Prepare mapping documents between systems and defining business data transformation rules
- Determine how to use and map the business process and requirements to the product core configuration
- Gather, manage and document business and integration requirements including functional requirements, non-functional requirements, interactions and flows involved.
- Lead & execute the UAT; including preparation and consolidation of materials and resources.
- Conduct users training; including preparation and consolidation of materials and resources
- Responsible for reviewing the training material regarding the application
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as business analyst / system analyst
- Preferably with business domain knowledge for one of the following area(s): e-Commerce, CRM, Analytics/dashboards
- Good time management and ability to work under time constraints.
- Strong business acumen (able to understand new domain or complex requirements fast)
- Good soft-skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-organization communications.
- Some positions may be placement to sister company in PJ area too.
