In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, strong client relationships, and high-quality execution across projects. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a great client experience.<br></p>
<h3><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<li>Support day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-ups&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through regular check-ins and responsiveness&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams (e.g. creative, digital marketing) to coordinate project deliverables&nbsp;</li>
<li>Help manage campaign timelines, ensuring tasks are tracked and delivered on schedule&nbsp;</li>
<li>Prepare and maintain documentation including contact reports, status reports, meeting notes, and briefs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in monitoring project progress and flagging potential issues proactively&nbsp;</li>
<li>Support the team in resolving client concerns and ensuring smooth delivery of services&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring action items are followed through&nbsp;</li>
<li>Assist in post-campaign reporting and client satisfaction initiatives (e.g. surveys, feedback collection)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide administrative support for client accounts as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Report to the Operations Lead on account progress and updates&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
