We are seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Civil &amp; Structural to join our project team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with proven hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities

<li>Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.</li>
<li>Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.</li>
<li>Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress and workmanship.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to relevant authorities’ regulations and safety standards.</li>
<li>Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.</li>
<li>Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.</li>
<li>Supervise timely execution of works, maintain quality control, and ensure alignment with contract specifications, drawings, project timelines, and site instructions.</li>
</ul>
