Location: Singapore (Relocation Required)
Salary Range: SGD 4,800 – 5,300 per month (based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced Resident Technical Officer (RTO) – Civil & Structural to join our project team in Singapore. This role is ideal for professionals with proven hands-on experience in construction and infrastructure projects in Singapore, ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, and safety requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare reports on work progress and workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to relevant authorities’ regulations and safety standards.
- Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues promptly.
- Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
- Supervise timely execution of works, maintain quality control, and ensure alignment with contract specifications, drawings, project timelines, and site instructions.

Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in Singapore.
- Must be a Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.
- Strong knowledge of Civil & Structural construction methods, codes, and standards.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing and able to perform shift work.
- Open to candidates who are ready to relocate to Singapore.
