IT Hardware Support: <ul> <li>Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware used in the warehouse, such as barcode scanners, printers, handheld devices, and workstations.</li> <li>Ensuring the warehouse’s IT network is stable and secure, including managing wireless networks used by warehouse devices.</li> <li>Diagnosing and resolving hardware issues to minimize downtime in warehouse operations.</li> <li>Coordinating with vendors for repairs or replacements of faulty equipment.</li> <li>Planning and executing hardware upgrades or replacements to keep the warehouse IT infrastructure up to date.</li> <li>Keeping an inventory of all IT hardware, ensuring proper asset management, and maintaining records of warranties and maintenance schedules.</li> <li>Providing technical support to warehouse staff, raise ticket to central IT to resolve IT-related issues quickly to avoid disruptions in operations.</li> </ul> 2. SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) Support: <ul> <li>Training warehouse staff on using the SAP WMS effectively.</li> <li>Providing ongoing support to users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operation of the system.</li> <li>Implementing best practices to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.</li> <li>UAT Coordination: Collaborate with end-users to execute UAT, ensuring they understand the test cases and the expected outcomes.</li> <li>User Support: Provide support to users during UAT, addressing any questions or issues they encounter</li> </ul> &nbsp; Job Requirements: <ul> <li>At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar industries, managing the responsibilities above or anything equivalent.</li> <li>Any prior experience in any logistics, supply chain or 3PL environment would be an added advantage.</li> <li>Fresh graduates with a minimum course completion CGPA of 3.0 are welcomed to apply as well.</li> <li>At least a bachelor’s degree in information technologies, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related fields.</li> <li>Proven experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and warehouse management system (WMS), especially SAP WMS.</li> <li>Demonstrate expertise and good knowledge in supply chain management, warehousing, and distribution practices.</li> <li>Possess knowledge in project management.</li> <li>Proven experience in IT/system change management.</li> <li>Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, Power Point).</li> <li>Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken.</li> </ul>
