Job Description

We are looking for a talented Junior Designer with 1–3 years of hands-on experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to exciting projects across digital and print media. You will work closely with senior designers and marketing teams to bring innovative ideas to life and help deliver impactful campaigns for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create content such as social media visuals, videos, digital creatives, and above-the-line assets.
• Assist in planning and strategising marketing campaigns and managing day-to-day social media content.
• Develop new design ideas and opportunities to ensure client success, including:
• Conceptualizing design solutions that meet client requirements
• Presenting design options and treatments
• Producing final designs, meeting deadlines, and revising according to client feedback
• Proofreading and preparing designs for print

Job Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or related fields
• Proficiency in design software and tools, including:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere
• Adobe InDesign
• Highly motivated, creative, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
