 Role: Digital Marketing Intern (Social Media & Strategy)

Location: Icon City, Petaling Jaya (Hybrid: 2–3 days in-office)
Internship Allowance: RM700–900/month (depending on skill level)

Duo Creative is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern who’s eager to dive into the fast-paced world of branding and social media. If you enjoy turning content ideas into campaigns, working with influencers, analyzing performance, and helping brands grow online — you’ll thrive here.

This internship blends digital marketing strategy with hands-on execution. You’ll also gain exposure to offline brand activation and event coordination, offering a more holistic marketing experience.

What You’ll Learn & Do

• Assist in content calendar development and campaign planning
   
• Write short-form copy (captions, hooks, CTAs) tailored for IG, TikTok & FB
   
• Schedule and publish posts using tools like Meta Business Suite
   
• Liaise with KOLs/influencers for partnerships and collaborations
   
• Monitor content performance, gather insights, and suggest improvements
   
• Collaborate with designers and content creators for aligned execution
   
• Occasionally assist in planning and organizing offline brand events or activations — from prep to on-ground support

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field
   
• Active on social media and up to date with content trends
   
• Able to plan and design Website according to client's need (plus if you can build a functional website)
   
• Familiar with social media tools (Meta Suite, Canva, scheduling platforms, tiktok business center, xhs)
   
• Strong attention to detail and able to follow through on tasks and multitask.
   
• Bonus: Experience working with influencers or in event support
   
• Bonus: Understanding of what performs well on Instagram or TikTok or XHS
  
• Bonus: Understanding and skills on SEO / SEM / Google Analytics is a plus
