Job Requirements: <ol class="wp-block-list"> <li>Actively promote product(s) under responsibility through effective interaction/engagement with targeted HCPs (eg: Specialists, Pharmacists, GPs, Nurses, etc) and organizations to increase the awareness and prescription of assigned pharmaceutical products.</li> <li>To achieve all set sales budgets and other set objectives (eg: disease awareness projects, market the campaigns, CMEs etc) for all products under responsibility.</li> <li>To ensure all promotions are done in accordance to company’s policies and guidelines and complying with the related legislative Poisons and Dangerous Drugs Acts and Regulation of Malaysia.</li> <li>Achievement of all set sales budgets for all assigned products, area of coverage would be whole of Malaysia</li> <li>Achieving all other performance indicators e.g. calls rates, product/disease knowledge tests, franchise marketing activities etc.</li> <li>Effective coverage on targeted HCPs / KOLs to build strong relationships.</li> <li>Working closely with superior and product manager to drive the achievement of set objectives for assigned products / TC within the given timeline.</li> <li>Spending 80% of the time in the field and ensuring all planned activities are executed well.</li> <li>Market intelligence on competitor (s) and assigned territory : to monitor competitor’s activities and report new developments in the respective market segments.</li> <li>To identify and develop new market segments in the assigned territory with the aim to initiate market expansion of each assigned brand.</li> <li>Conduct Continuous Medical Education talks to educate relevant HCPs</li> <li>Ensure all overdue accounts in the assigned territory are collected on timely basis.</li> <li>To foster good professional Client – Vendor relationships by providing efficient support and services in line with the Company’s established policies.</li> <li>Working closely and collaborating with any other team member(s) and / or managers as and when required.</li> </ol> General Requirements: <ul class="wp-block-list"> <li>Possess a recognized Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree, in Science or equivalent.</li> <li>Minimum of 1-2 year(s) working experience in the related field is required for this position.</li> <li>Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Sales – Corporate or equivalent.</li> <li>Possess interactive selling skills, Product knowledge, Disease and therapeutic area knowledge, Market and industry knowledge, Customer management and development, and Computer literate.</li> <li>Contract length : 1 Year</li> </ul>
