Job Description
Assist in researching and developing new and existing products by sourcing scientific references and journals to support product innovation. 1. Research & Information Gathering -Identify and review scientific journals and articles to support product development. 2. New Product Support -Source new ingredients. -Send samples for laboratory testing. -Prepare samples for stability testing. 3. Existing Product Support -Assist in reformulation or rework of products when production issues arise or for specific market requirements.
Job Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field. -Strong research and analytical skills. -Ability to work independently and in a team. -High integrity and attention to details.
