Job Description
The Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS), training QC personnel, and analyzing quality data to drive continuous improvement of products and processes. This role ensures that manufactured products consistently meet internal quality standards, fulfill customer expectations, and comply with regulatory requirements. The position is pivotal in upholding product quality and mitigating risks in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Job Requirements
Qualification and Education: • Diploma or Degree in Food or related scientific discipline. Experience: • Minimum 3 years of working experience in manufacturing industry. • Experience in GMP-regulated facilities and familiarity with validation, documentation, and quality system audits preferred. Technical Knowledge / Skills: • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Libre Office or related software • Able to identify / investigate problem in product or any complaint raised and ensure corrective action are taken. • Analytical mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving, and risk-based decision-making. • Able to monitor and lead QC Inspector. • Able to work in a team and under minimal supervision. • Knowledge of data analysis tools, trend evaluation, and report preparation for continuous improvement. • Provide constructive and innovative ideas relating to job • Good communication and coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
