Job Description

• To perform the collection, dispatch and delivery of goods, documents and any other items as and when instructed.
• To follow assigned delivery schedules and optimize routes for timely delivery
• To report immediately to superior if there are any accidents or issues with the Company properties, vehicle, goods, etc.
• To perform any general work as required and as instructed by the superior.
• To work overtime as and when required.
• To ensure the safe handling of goods
• To communicate proactively with the team or customer in case of delays, route changes, or delivery issues.
• To assist in warehouse or loading/unloading activities
• To ensure Deliver Order is is collected and signed during pickup and delivery.
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.
• Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and actively participating in quality management processes to maintain compliance and improve organizational effectiveness 

Job Requirements

• Possess valid GDL driving license. 
• Familiar with Klang Valley roads and has a good sense of direction.
• Candidate must be mature, punctual, disciplined and in good health.
• Must be willing to work overtime.
• Ability in communicating with others effectively. 
• Must have good personal hygiene.
• Able to read and understand Delivery Order (DO).
