<li>To perform the collection, dispatch and delivery of goods, documents and any other items as and when instructed.</li>
<li>To follow assigned delivery schedules and optimize routes for timely delivery</li>
<li>To report immediately to superior if there are any accidents or issues with the Company properties, vehicle, goods, etc.</li>
<li>To perform any general work as required and as instructed by the superior.</li>
<li>To work overtime as and when required.</li>
<li>To ensure the safe handling of goods</li>
<li>To communicate proactively with the team or customer in case of delays, route changes, or delivery issues.</li>
<li>To assist in warehouse or loading/unloading activities</li>
<li>To ensure Deliver Order is is collected and signed during pickup and delivery.</li>
<li>Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition.</li>
<li>Ensuring adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and actively participating in quality management processes to maintain compliance and improve organizational effectiveness&nbsp;</li>
