<li>Responsible for documents filling administrative work.</li>
<li>Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule and communicating relevant information.</li>
<li>Arrange courier service collection and reserve pickup.</li>
<li>Inform customers in Klang Valley when goods are done and ready for self-collection.</li>
<li>Receiving and processing purchase orders.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation and organizing of sample materials from supplier.<br>Issue Invoices &amp; Deliver Order on daily basis.</li>
<li>Finalize job sheet before sending to production.</li>
<li>To handle customer/ supplier direct call line and solve the related problem.</li>
<li>Checking courier invoice to match with customer courier charges.</li>
<li>Other ad hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior.</li>
