Our Culture

<li>Assist in Sales Development activities, handle and interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries, prepare cost breakdowns about products &amp; services.</li>
<li>Process customer orders and complete activations in an accurate and timely manner, including verifying customer’s PO against quotation.</li>
<li>Coordinate interdepartmentally on sample preparations and monitor new sample color tolerance and lab tests preparation</li>
<li>Perform initial checking on customer supplied items. E.g., Artwork, sample, color tolerance and feedback to customer should there be doubts.</li>
<li>Preparing docket (Issuing Job Sheet, Packing Label, Part No Label &amp; ect)</li>
<li>Feedback and update sales team on customer’s requirement, production and delivery status whenever necessary.</li>
<li>Coordinate with Production to meet all customer requirement and deadlines</li>
<li>Assist in administration duties, e.g data analysis to enhance sales achievement of sales &amp; Marketing Department.</li>
<li>Ensure that all important records are documented as per ISO 9001:2015 requirement.</li>
<li>Perform other job-related duties as assigned.</li>
