Key Responsibilities:

<li>&nbsp;Lead success and growth of affiliate marketing program.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Be accountable for key metrics and benchmarks for affiliate performance.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Drive continuous improvement with regular monitoring of affiliate satisfaction and business growth.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Identify opportunities for efficiencies to enable streamlined operations.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Campaign Management: Plan and execute Affiliate/ influencer marketing campaigns across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery of assets and campaign materials.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Develop and implement strategies for affiliate and influencer marketing to drive traffic, conversions and revenue growth.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Recruit, onboard and manage affiliates and influencers, building strong relationships and providing support to maximise their performance.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Negotiate and manage contracts, commission structures and performance incentives for affiliates and influencers.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor and analyse performance metrics of affiliates and influencers to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates and influencers.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in affiliate and influencer marketing.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Stay updated with the latest trends, tools and technologies in affiliate and influencer marketing and the fintech industry.</li>
