Key Responsibilities:
Influencer Marketing:

<li>Source, evaluate, and onboard suitable influencers (macro, micro, and nano) aligned with brand goals and target audience.</li>
<li>Plan and execute influencer campaigns, including briefing, contract negotiation, and content approvals.</li>
<li>Track deliverables, timelines, and performance to ensure quality execution and ROI.</li>
<li>Manage influencer databases, nurture long-term partnerships, and handle seeding strategies where applicable.</li>
</ul>
Campaign Development &amp; Execution:
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (brand, digital, product) to align media and influencer activities with broader campaign objectives.</li>
<li>Coordinate product launches, events, or activations involving both media and influencer touch points.</li>
</ul>
Reporting &amp; Analysis:
<ul>
<li>Measure the effectiveness of media coverage and influencer campaigns using KPIs such as impressions, engagement, reach, sentiment, and conversion (where relevant).</li>
<li>Compile post-campaign reports with insights and learnings for future improvement.</li>
</ul>
