Job Description

Lead and oversee project planning activities, from feasibility studies and master planning to detailed development design.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure design proposals meet business, technical, and statutory requirements.

Liaise with local authorities and utility providers to secure timely approvals for development plans and infrastructure works.

Review and evaluate technical drawings, reports, and submissions to ensure compliance with company standards, authority guidelines, and project objectives.

Manage infrastructure and utilities planning (roads, drainage, water, sewerage, power, telecommunications) to support project delivery.

Oversee project budgeting and cost control during the planning phase, ensuring alignment with financial targets.

Monitor project progress and highlight potential risks or delays, providing mitigation strategies to keep development on track.

Support land acquisition and due diligence processes by conducting technical assessments and feasibility evaluations.

Ensure environmental, sustainability, and safety considerations are integrated into planning and development strategies.

Mentor and develop the project planning team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement in project delivery.
