<li>Review, comment, and recommend approval for contractors' mandatory submissions, including HSE plans, logistics plans, safe work method statements, QA/QC plans, and progress reports.</li><li>Review and comment on the contractor's baseline programme submission to ensure compliance with the overall development programme.</li><li>Conduct daily site inspections to verify that work is carried out in accordance with project requirements (specifications, drawings, quality).</li><li>Monitor construction progress regularly to assess if the project is on track or delayed.</li><li>Manage all technical and site-related matters to ensure smooth implementation of construction works.</li><li>Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure timely issuance of certificates for stage billing.</li><li>Highlight discrepancies in construction drawings to the PP&amp;D team and consultants before site work commences to minimize abortive works.</li><li>Implement quality control procedures on-site to ensure products meet EW's quality requirements.</li><li>Enforce EW's HSE requirements during the construction stage to ensure zero incidents and injuries.</li>
