<p>Conduct periodic inspections on services such as air-conditioning, elevators, cleaning services &amp; etc to minimize breakdown&nbsp;</p>
<p>Attend to  ad hoc requests to repair or rectify fittings and fixtures to ensure uninterrupted operations&nbsp;</p>
<p>Inspect potential problems areas and recommend improvements for the Management’s consideration.</p>
<p>Coordinate defects rectification or renovation works carried out by external contractors&nbsp;</p>
<p>Assist the Management in maintaining good relationship with the building management&nbsp;</p>
