Role Summary
We’re looking for a Copywriter who lives and breathes social media. Someone who can write a caption that stops the scroll, drop a comment reply that earns a screenshot, and keep up with how Malaysians actually talk online. You’ll be the voice behind our clients’ brands across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and beyond. Not just writing posts, but actively managing the conversation in the comments section.
Bonus points if you genuinely care about cars. A real chunk of our work sits in the automotive space, and the copywriters who thrive here are the ones who know the difference between a daily, a weekend build, and a track car, and can write about all three without sounding like a brochure.
What You'll Own
Brand & Content Strategy
- Write social media copy across formats, including captions, hooks, scripts for short-form video, carousel copy, community posts, and ad copy for multiple client accounts
- Adapt tone and voice fluently across brands, switching from polished corporate to casual Manglish-friendly without losing the brand’s identity
- Manage community engagement on client pages by responding to comments, DMs, and questions in-brand, on-time, and with personality
- Monitor comment sections proactively. Flag sentiment shifts, jump on positive momentum, defuse the awkward stuff, and know when to escalate
- Collaborate daily with our editors, designers, videographers, and account managers to make sure copy and visuals work as one piece
- Stay on top of trends, memes, cultural moments, and platform shifts, and translate them into ideas the team can execute
- Contribute to brainstorms, content pillars, and campaign concepts. Copy isn’t just execution, it’s part of the idea
- Support pitch decks and creative proposals with sharp, on-brand writing when needed
