About the Role
We're looking for someone who genuinely lives on social media, not just scrolling, but observing. You notice when a brand's tone shifts, you can spot a trend before it peaks, and you understand why some content works while similar posts flop. This role is for someone who wants to turn that instinct into a real skill set.
You'll be embedded in our marketing team, helping to plan, create, and manage content across our social channels. You'll learn the strategy behind the posts - why we publish what we do, when we do it, and how we measure whether it worked.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Draft and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, or wherever our audience lives)</li>
<li>Assist with content shoots, from planning to basic editing</li>
<li>Monitor comments, messages, and mentions—engaging with our community in a way that feels human, not scripted</li>
<li>Track performance metrics and help identify what's working and what isn't</li>
<li>Research trends, competitor activity, and content ideas that fit our brand</li>
<li>Collaborate with the broader marketing team on campaigns and launches</li>
<li>Experiment - test new formats, new hooks, new approaches, and learn from the results</li>
<li>Set up and manage ad campaigns</li>
</ul>
You'll have real ownership over deliverables, not just busywork. When something needs to go out and plans change last minute, you'll figure it out.
