Job Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the daily operation and management of the company's social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Independently complete the shooting, video editing, graphic production and regular content posting of social media marketing materials.
- In charge of social media advertising promotion and budget management, monitor advertising data in real time and optimize delivery strategies to improve promotion effects.
- Track and analyze social media platform data (such as follower growth, engagement rate, traffic data), and adjust operation and content strategies timely according to data changes.
- Respond to platform comments and private messages promptly, handle customer consultations and after-sales inquiries, maintain good customer relationships and brand image.
