The Role

As a Videographer & Editor, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in creating high-quality, engaging videos that support our marketing, branding, and communication goals. You will oversee end-to-end video production, lead content ideation, and ensure all video assets align with our brand identity and campaign objectives. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director, Marketing team, and Social Media team, while mentoring junior creatives and optimizing workflows.

 Key Responsibilities

• Lead full video production cycles: pre-production planning, filming, directing, and editing
• Capture high-quality footage using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and professional gear
• Edit videos into polished, visually compelling content, incorporating music, voiceovers, graphics, transitions, sound mixing, and effects
• Deliver content optimized for key platforms: Instagram & TikTok
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and visual consistency
• Perform post-production tasks including colour grading, audio balancing, motion graphics, and visual clean-up
• Stay up-to-date with trends in social video, storytelling, and editing techniques
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical and creative feedback
• Manage content libraries, organize media files, and oversee production assets

Job Requirements

 What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in videography and video editing
• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating storytelling, editing range, and platform-appropriate content (Please include a portfolio link with your application)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Excellent understanding of video formats, compression, aspect ratios, and visual storytelling for digital-first audiences
• Skilled in camera operation, lighting setups, and audio capture for interviews and beauty content
• Strong creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to take full ownership of the production process
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Bonus Skills

• Experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle content production
• Knowledge of photography, especially for product/studio shoots
• Animation or motion design skills using After Effects or similar
• Comfortable directing on-set with models, clients, or talent
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve is a bonus
