Process Improvement &amp; Innovation<ul><li>Drive continuous improvement in delivery methodology, tools, and frameworks.</li><li>Standardise integration approaches, templates, and best practices.</li><li>Identify opportunities to automate, optimise, and enhance system integration processes. &nbsp;</li></ul>Key RequirementsEducation &amp; Certification<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.</li><li>Relevant certifications are highly preferred, such as:<ul><li>CISSP, CISM, CISA</li><li>CCSP</li><li>TOGAF, ITIL, PMP, Prince2</li><li>Vendor certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Splunk, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, etc.)</li></ul></li></ul>Experience<ul><li>10–15+ years of experience in IT / Cybersecurity, with at least 5–7 years in a leadership or managerial role.</li><li>Strong experience in system integration, security implementation, and large-scale enterprise projects.</li><li>Proven track record managing multi-million dollar projects and complex client environments.</li></ul>
