Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Concept Interior Designer, based in Petaling Jaya. The Concept Interior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative interior design concepts, developing detailed space plans, and preparing construction drawings. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met, selecting FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment), and producing design presentations that align with the brand's vision and values.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Expertise in Space Planning and Interior Design to develop creative and functional concepts
- Proficiency in Architecture and Construction Drawings for accurate project execution
- Knowledge of FF&E selection and its role in enhancing interior spaces
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for client engagement and teamwork
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or related tools)
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Previous experience in a design or interior architecture role is an advantage
